After being rejected by several companies for not being a “good fit,” Collette took her passion for baking, mixed in her sass, added a strong pinch of hard work, and baked up a career that she loves. She has made it her mission to educate companies to help create fair-paying jobs for those with disabilities. She has started a non-profit, Collettey’s Leadership, which provides advocacy, employment training, and her personally developed entrepreneurial program.
